I received the knife just a few days ago and haven't had a chance to use it yet. However I love the fit and feel of it in my hand and the ergonomic design. It's a beautiful knife as well as the sheath. The primary reason I bought it was the D2 blade steel. I've had other knives of D2 and find it very durable, excellent for skinning and field dressing game as well as general camping chores. Just a minor point, it would be nice to have D2 stamped on the blade.
